“This NOFO will support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new and enhance existing JDTCs to improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
Category 1: Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Planning and Implementation Program: Category 1 will support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new JDTCs.
Category 2: Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Enhancement Program: Category 2 will support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to enhance existing JDTCs.”
