Community Action Pioneer Valley seeks innovative, visionary, dynamic leader for Youth and Workforce Development Programs. The Director oversees leadership development programs for youth, LGBTQ youth, and comprehensive workforce development programs for youth and adults, including program development, internal and external collaboration, grant writing, budget development and monitoring, continuous quality management, program support and supervision of managers and other staff. This position chairs the Communities that Care coalition and serves on several regional coalitions. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Management, or a related field and at least 5 years of leadership, program management and supervisory experience. Requires exceptional program management, personnel and supervisory skills; experience working with diverse populations of adults, youth, and families, and demonstrated ability to build effective collaborations and partnerships. Experience with complex budgets, grant writing, and program evaluation a plus. This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader to join dynamic team.

The main office is located in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Salary commensurate with education and experience. Salary range $68,000 – 74,000 plus excellent benefits.
