Net Cetera: Chatting With Kids About Being Online

With the help of the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, the site provides a 54-page PDF filled with ways to minimize online risks, and breaks the information into advice for kids of different ages, with a section on topics such as sexting and cyber-bullying. The tutorial also provides a how-to guide for children to safely use cell phones.
