Career and Technical Education: States Have Broad Flexibility in Implementing Perkins IV

U.S. Government Accountability Office

States are doing what they can to implement performance measures under a federal accountability law for Career and Technical Education, but face challenges in collecting data on technical skill attainment and student placement, according to a new Government Accountability Office report.
