The workbook is intended to help organizations use community-based collective leadership as a tool for making community change, increase the leadership abilities of participants, and increase opportunities for community leaders. Lessons learned by 11 communities involved in the initiative help illustrate the stages and elements of community change. Free. 60 pages. (269) 968-1611,
