“Promise Grants offer opportunities for members to pursue small projects that are in the spirit of AEA’s mission—Keeping the Promise of Quality Public Education. Do you have an idea for an activity to ultimately improve student learning that advances one of the two strategic objectives designed to fulfill the AEA’s mission? They are: (1) Quality public education for every Arizona public school student, and (2) A viable organization through increased membership, strong and effective leaders and locals, and engagement of members.
Each project must be initiated and implemented by an AEA member. Grants may be awarded for a broad range of projects that are designed to further one of the strategic objectives and ultimately improve student learning. Grants are available to AEA members only. They may not be administered by a school district.”
