- Financial Grants:
- (1) Adaptive Lacrosse Financial Grant: Support innovative organizations that help people with disabilities participate in lacrosse by improving access and opportunity. These grants are designed to support local organizations as they start or expand their own adaptive lacrosse programming. Adaptive Lacrosse Financial Grants aim to alleviate common financial barriers associated with disability. Recipients may receive support to cover costs such as renting accessible facilities, purchasing specialized equipment, providing reliable transportation, and other essential expenses.
- (2) Diversity Financial Grant: Support diverse lacrosse organizations by alleviating non-equipment related expenses. This grant aims to promote inclusivity and accessibility within the sport by offering financial assistance to cover various costs such as transportation, field rental fees, and other essential expenses. - Physical Education Grants: Support Physical Education programs by providing essential lacrosse equipment and curriculum resources. This initiative aims to promote the sport of lacrosse, enhance physical education, and encourage active participation. Recipients of this grant receive a comprehensive equipment bundle. In addition to equipment, grant recipients receive accompanying instructional materials. - Regional Academy Grants: Include stipends for coaches or officials to attend USA Lacrosse Regional Academies, hosted September through February. The Academy program provides lacrosse coaches and officials with the opportunity for professional development that is customized for varying experience levels.
