“This NOFO will fund the Title II Formula Grants program Training and Technical Assistance Center to (1) strengthen state and territory-level compliance with the Formula Grants program authorized under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA) and (2) develop and implement training and technical assistance that supports the effective operation of the juvenile justice system across state, territory, Tribal, and community levels. This NOFO will support the development and implementation of three components of training and technical assistance (TTA) designed to:
- Assist states and units of local governments to achieve compliance with the core requirements of the JJDPA.
- Support state, territorial, and Tribal juvenile justice system improvement and implementation of comprehensive 3-year state plans for carrying out the Title II Formula Grants program.
- Develop and deliver one-on-one, custom learning opportunities to develop and replicate Title II implementation best practices, including compliance with the core requirements of the JJDPA and the statutory requirements of the grant program.”

Eligibility: Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, for profit organizations, small businesses, private institutions of higher education, public and state controlled institutions of higher education, independent school districts.
