Implementation at the state and local level of new federal foster-care reform legislation will receive a boost from this new site, which provides tools and information on the 2008 Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act. Child Trends and the Finance Project manage the resource center and its website, while funding comes from the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Casey Family Programs, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and others.
