In spite of the cold temperature, thousands of protesters flocked to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Sunday, Jan. 29, to challenge President Donald Trump’s executive order regarding the travel ban on immigrants and refugees.
“I thought a lot about what I wanted to say when I got up here, but I realized that i do not have anymore words to give,” said one young woman as she spoke to the cheering crowd. “Growing up a black Muslim immigrant, I think I’ve used up all the words that I have. My well is dry, so in other words: I’m of tired of talking.”
