"The purpose of this program is to manage, coordinate, and execute a Collaborative Innovation and Improvement Network (CoIIN) approach to assist the recipients of the Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) Impact grant funding goals of reducing health disparities by enhancing early childhood systems building and coordination, and demonstrating improved outcomes in population-based children’s developmental health and family well-being indicators during the project period of this cooperative agreement."
