New York City Youth Service Improvement Grants

Subject: Youth Development, Youth Welfare
Deadline: Sept. 9, 2015

“The Youth Service Improvement Grants support community-based organizations in New York City to enhance their services for children and youth, ages 5 to 25. These grants fund specific, standalone projects that make services more effective and provide young people with better experiences. We want to support efforts that will increase the effects of current services. For example, a program may have the capacity to serve a certain number of youth, but attendance or enrollment may be below the level the program can serve. We would fund activities to get attendance up to program capacity by decreasing drop-outs or improving the consistency of youth participation.”
