“This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OVC FY 2026 Integrated Services for Minor Victims of Human Trafficking. This opportunity will fund projects to enhance the availability, quality, and delivery of services to assist minor victims of human trafficking as defined in 22 U.S.C. § 7102(11). | Goal: Support minor victims of human trafficking to improve the quality and accessibility of services delivered by funding national, state, and local victim service organizations.
- Objective 1: Increase the availability, type, and quality of programs serving minor victims of sex and labor trafficking. See Appendix A for the types of services that OVC supports.
- Objective 2: Train individuals to respond to minor victims of sex and labor trafficking.
- Objective 3: Develop protocols and procedures to enhance services for minor victims of sex and labor trafficking.”

Eligibility: Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, public and state controlled institutions of higher education, city or township governments, county governments, state governments, special district governments, public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities, Native American tribal organizations (other than federally recognized tribal governments), Native American tribal governments (federally recognized), other units of local government, others.
