“This program will fund community-based treatment programs serving youth with substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (MHSUD). Selected community-based programs will develop or expand cross-system approaches to improve responses and outcomes for youth with SUDs and MHSUDs who come into contact with the juvenile justice system, or who are at high risk of contact, by increasing access to community-based treatment, as appropriate, to address heir substance use and mental health needs and prevent further formal justice system involvement.”

Eligibility: Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, city or township governments, county governments, state governments, Native American tribal governments (federally recognized).
