“The purpose of the Parent Information and Training (PTI) centers is to meet the information and training needs of individuals with disabilities and their families, so that individuals with disabilities can achieve their employment and independent living goals. The Department intends to fund one Regional Parent Information and Training Center (PTI) in region C–2 (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming).”
