“The mini grants are $500 – $2,000 grants that focus on food security, emergency response equipment such as AEDs, Narcan and Stop the Bleed Kits and health initiatives that will positively impact a school, college or university. Applicants are only able to apply for one category.”

Eligibility:
“Arkansas-based 501(c)(3) public charities; public schools, colleges and universities; city, county and state governmental agencies. Religious organizations are eligible, but the program cannot support theological functions or religious purposes.”
