Youth Today & National Human Services Assembly Renew Partnership

The national publication Youth Today and the National Human Services Assembly have announced a renewal of a partnership that has served both organizations since 2014.

National Human Services Assembly (NHSA) is a Washington, D.C.-based association comprised of some of the largest national nonprofit human service organizations. In aggregate, members and their affiliates and local service networks collectively touch, or are touched by, nearly every household in America — as consumers, donors or volunteers.

Youth Today is the only independent, national media outlet that is read by thousands of professionals in the youth service field to help better the future of youth.

The partnership, through NHSA’s National Collaboration for Youth, includes the following:

  • All members of NHSA can receive Youth Today’s resources, at a significantly discounted rate, to help them better serve youth.
  • Youth Today is providing discounted subscriptions to all members of NHSA.

The National Assembly’s mission is to strengthen health and human services in the United States through the active involvement and leadership of its members, envisioning a nation that seriously and effectively addresses the human service needs of its citizens.

To foster shared learning and collaborative action, NHSA convenes sector leaders through multiple national collaborations, initiatives, peer-learning councils and more.

The National Collaboration for Youth is one of the oldest and most established national coalitions on children and youth.

Youth Today provides quality, independent journalism and training for professionals who work to ensure that all our children reach their full personal, educational and societal potential. The publication’s aim is to help the general public, practitioners, educators, parents, youth, funders, advocates, policymakers and lawmakers better understand out-of-school time issues both singularly and as a part of the larger child welfare, societal and educational ecosystems.

Youth Today is the only independent, internationally distributed digital media publication that is read by thousands of professionals in the youth service field.

Youth Today adheres to high-quality journalistic standards, providing readers with professional news coverage dedicated to examining a wide spectrum of complex issues in the youth services industry from legislation to community-based youth work.
