1. Will I receive a receipt from you for my credit card subscription purchase?
Yes. You will receive a receipt once your payment is processed. The receipt will include all of your subscription information.
2. ***Important note:
Your credit card payment to Youth Today will show on your credit card statement as paid to Kennesaw State University because we are published by the Center for Sustainable Journalism at Kennesaw State University.
3. Can I get my receipt sent to one email and have my subscription online access and newsletters go to a different email?
Yes. When you are on the payment page you will be asked to input an email for the receipt. The page will instruct you where to input the email you want all other subscription items to go through.
4. Can I pay with a check?
Yes. Please email our Subscription Team
for an invoice. Once we receive your check payment, we will send you your subscription details with a $0 receipt showing that your check has been received.
5. How does my online access work once I pay?
Once we receive your payment, you will receive an email from Youth Today. Click the link inside and your online access will be activated within one to two business days. If you do not click the link to activate your online access, you will not be sent a password to login.
5. Is my subscription good for one person or my whole organization?
Subscriptions are only for one user. You can purchase multiple subscriptions if you have more than one person seeking full access to all of Youth Today’s content. To start a group subscription or ask about group discounts, email our Subscription Team
for assistance. A friendly team member will be happy to assist you with your group subscription needs.

Depending on the day and time when we receive your email, it may take one to two business days for us to respond. Our offices are open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. We are closed on weekends and holidays, with extended spring and winter breaks.
