“15 Forever was established at Community Foundation Boulder County in 2006 to inspire civic engagement and leadership among Boulder County youth. The goal of 15 Forever is to address the needs and concerns of Boulder County youth from a peer perspective. 15 Forever is a youth-led initiative dedicated to empowering youth involvement in local issues via the philanthropic process. Through fundraising and community outreach initiatives, 15 Forever promotes equity, grassroots initiatives, and sustainable practices in Boulder County. 15 Forever is now accepting grant proposals from organizations that meet at least one of the following needs in Boulder County:
- Need #1: Education equity: We are looking for organizations that further education equity by providing equal access to opportunities for Boulder County students.
- Need #2 – Sexual Health Education: We are looking for youth-centered organizations that make reproductive and sexual education accessible.”

Eligibility: “Any nonprofit organization with an IRS 501(c)(3) public charity (not private non-operating foundations) or any governmental or public entity can apply. Groups or organizations that do not have IRS 501(c)(3) designation may do so with a fiscal sponsor. Grants from 15 Forever are exclusively for activities or projects in Boulder County and/or for the benefit of Boulder County youth.”
