“Sixteen (16) $2500 grants will be awarded to schools or non-profits organizations for the purpose of engaging children in inquiry-based projects in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) that use innovation, biomimicry / nature-based design, or new uses for technology to address environmental problems in their communities.”

Eligibility: “Schools and organizations based in the United States which are exempt from federal taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Grant awards are conditional upon the project leader being employed at the same school or organization for the duration of the proposed project.”
