This report, from the tobacco education foundation created by the national Master Settlement Agreement with the major tobacco companies, says more than six million teenagers are exposed to second-hand smoke in their own homes on a daily basis and about 4.4 million are in contact with smoke while in cars or other activities. The information is based on the findings of two surveys: the Legacy Media Tracking Survey and the 1999 National Youth Tobacco Survey.
