This free national service provides e-mail counseling by a licensed clinical social worker to troubled teens. Participants’ identities are kept confidential. Phone counseling is also available toll-free, Monday through Friday. Teen Talk is an outreach effort by the nonprofit Ruth Rales Jewish Family Service of southern Florida.
