This online collection of 60-second videos made by 12- to 20-year-olds from all over the world promotes creative expression by youth. Videos can be submitted for free. The foundation supporting the site – with funding from electronics producer JVC – also facilitates an annual competition, international workshops, the broadcasting of youth-produced videos on 10 European public television channels, and screenings at festivals and other events.
