“With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to increase the technological investigative capacity and associated training of Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force personnel nationwide through the development, refinement, and advancement of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address child pornography (herein referred to as child sexual abuse material – CSAM), exploitation, and sex trafficking.”

Eligibility:
Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, for profit organizations, private institutions of higher education, public and state controlled institutions of higher education, city or township governments, county governments, state governments, Native American tribal organizations (other than federally recognized tribal governments), Native American tribal governments (federally recognized).
