“AstraZeneca recognizes health starts in our homes, schools and communities. The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge is designed to support non-profit organizations positively impacting the health of underserved populations through regional and local community-based programming.
Applications will be accepted in two categories:
(1) Community health and wellbeing: community-based programs to improve conditions that affect health and well-being (e.g., housing, education, environmental/ neighborhood safety, nutrition, access to care) and; programs that prioritize the social, cultural, and linguistic needs of underserved patients, caregivers and families
(2) Youth STEM education and career readiness: programs to build knowledge and skills in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math among K-12 or undergraduate students.”

Eligibility: “The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge is open for all eligible 501c organizations in the US delivering regional and local community-based programming. This includes local chapters of national organizations.”
