“[The funder] is seeking innovative proposals from Charlottesville area nonprofit agencies or schools whose work focuses on the overall support of women and children. Funds from this grant may be used to support activities and programs for the overall well-being of children and/or women. The grant may cover up to 20% administrative fees associated with managing such programs. This should be clearly itemized in the project budget submitted.”
