“Dizzy Feet makes grants to community organizations and other tax-exempt entities in the United States, providing dance education programs to children in low-income areas and disadvantaged communities within the US. Through its grant recipients, Dizzy Feet seeks to give children the experience of dance, to educate them about the many styles of dance, and to expose them to the lifelong benefits dance has to offer. Our goals are: (1) increase access to dance education, (2) increase appreciation for dance, (3) spread and share the benefits and joy of dance, particularly to those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience it, and (4) support high-quality dance education through the community programs we fund. Dizzy Feet aims to support programs in all styles of dance, as well as programs that offer diversity through delivery to those who would not otherwise have the opportunity (e.g., programs for differently abled, homeless, boys & dance, etc.).”
