“This program will fund a national membership and accreditation organization for children’s advocacy center programs. Children’s advocacy centers provide a coordinated response to victims of child abuse through multidisciplinary teams composed of representatives from community agencies and professionals involved with intervention, prevention, prosecution, and investigation systems that respond to child abuse cases. The funding will enable the successful applicant to provide services to membership organizations and to implement standards for program accreditation.”

Eligibility: Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, for profit organizations, small businesses, public and State controlled institutions of higher education, private institutions of higher education.
