Implementation at the state and local level of new federal foster-care reform legislation will receive a boost from this new site, which provides tools and information on the 2008 Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act. Local and state decision makers can navigate the site to find data on each section of the new law, learn about how other states are implementing it and communicate with experts and peers throughout the country. Child Trends and the Finance Project manage the resource center and its website, while funding comes from the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Casey Family Programs, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and others.
