This is a legal resource for families in which grandparents care for their grandchildren – called “grandfamilies.” The site includes a searchable database of state laws and legislation, topical analyses, personal stories from grandfamilies and other resources. The main topics are adoption, education, housing and medical issues. The center is a collaboration of Casey Family Programs, the American Bar Association’s Center on Children and the Law and Generations United.
