The Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota and the Search Institute have partnered to create this set of free tools to support and strengthen relationships between mentors and youth. The 10 tools – presented as downloadable PDF files – are “designed to offer new ideas and insights for mentors and mentor program staff to enhance relationships with teens, as well as help them recruit more community members to support young people.” Topics include: building trust and attachment, setting mentoring boundaries, and the influence of culture on mentoring relationships.
