Bill Treanor

On his office wall you'll find a picture of him getting arrested at a protest in the 1960s.

Bill has more than 40 years of leadership in the youth services field and has extensive experience in initiating, developing and managing international, national and local programs designed to meet the needs of youth and the professionals who work with them. Before founding the American Youth Work Center and creating Youth Today, Bill spent 20 years as an association executive and as a professional staffer on the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Juvenile Justice.

A 10th grade high school dropout with a GED earned in the Army, Bill has published countless articles on youth issues and holds a master's degree in education from Harvard University.
