Eligibility: “You may apply if you are an institution of higher learning, meaning: Any college or university accredited by a regionalized body or bodies approved for such purpose by the Secretary of Education. Any teaching hospital which has higher learning among its purposes and functions and which has a formal affiliation with an accredited school of medicine and a full-time academic medical staff holding faculty status in such school of medicine. These types of domestic organizations may apply: Public institutions of higher education, non-profit private institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments and organizations that are institutions of higher learning (education).”
