“This funding opportunity seeks to improve the quality of representation and breadth of services available from defense practitioners for justice-involved youth through specialized training, tools, resources, and intensive technical assistance.

Eligibility: Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS (other than institutions of higher education), nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS (other than institutions of higher education), private institutions of higher education, public/state controlled institutions of higher education, for profit organizations, small businesses.
