“BHT Foundation (Formerly Brother, Help Thyself Inc.) is a 501(c)3 community based organization providing financial and other support to non-profit organizations serving the LGBTQ/SGL and HIV/AIDS communities in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. metro area. We exist to help, build, and transform our LGBTQ+ communities, by providing financial support to local nonprofits.  We want that support to go where it will make a real difference.  So, we support smaller, underfunded organizations that fill gaps in vital supports and services to marginalized folx first.”

Eligibility:
“Organizations must be a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization or be fiscally sponsored by one.” Organizations must be located in: District of Columbia/Maryland counties of Carroll, Charles, Baltimore, Harford, Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick, Calvert, Prince George’s, or Montgomery/Virginia counties of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudon, or Prince William.
