Content and user access:
Site license subscriptions include access to our complete website 24/7/365 online, links to our supplemental materials and videos, and links to several other resources including grant requests for proposal applications, industry reports and third-party videos.
Your users’ online access is managed by your network IP address. Any user logged into your network granted our site license will have unlimited digital access to all the content on our Youth Today website. Updates to your IP address(es) are made by simply emailing our site licensing subscription team.
User account activation:
There is no explicit individual user account activation necessary. To enjoy unlimited access a user simply needs to be connected to your network that has been granted our site license.
Term:
Site license subscriptions run from the date payment is received until the one-year term ends. For example, payment is received for one year on Sept. 23, 2019, so the license would end on Sept. 23, 2020. The site license is renewable at the same tier pricing levels as long as your subscription remains active. If your institution size changes, your price increase would be based on the tier pricing in effect when your subscription started.
