The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) announces the availability of approximately $500 million to be competitively awarded for the purpose of expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive services to low-income infants and toddlers and their families through Early Head Start-Child Care (EHS-CC) Partnerships, or through the expansion of Early Head Start services.

Eligibility: Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS (other than institutions of higher education), nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS (other than institutions of higher education), public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities, private institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized), independent school districts, for profit organizations other than small businesses, state governments, city or township governments, public and state controlled institutions of higher education, county governments, small businesses.
