“The Stocker Foundation provides grants to nonprofit organizations qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and to selected public sector activities. Grants are considered and decided upon one time annually in the area of improved reading literacy outcomes for under-resourced prekindergarten through third grade public school students. The Stocker Foundation will have one competitive grant cycle in 2017 and current geographic restrictions remain in effect. Currently funded are Lorain & Cuyahoga counties, OH; Pima County, AZ; Alameda & San Francisco counties, CA; Dona Ana County, NM; King County, WA; and Hartford County, CT.”
