Teens polled in Uhlich’s fourth annual report card on adults gave grown-ups their best reviews yet. Adults improved in 10 of 19 subjects, raising their overall rating from a C-minus to a B-minus. They made significant gains in running the government, understanding young people and combating prejudice and racism. The lowest grades involve adult handling of substance abuse issues, with a C-minus for efforts to stop youth drug use and drinking. 9 pages (two Report Cards and summary report). Free.
