“RIDING FOR FOCUS (R4F) provides bikes, helmets, curriculum, professional development, and Outride staff support (no fiscal funding). A great opportunity for teachers, principals, and school districts in the United States and Canada looking to bring cycling into the classroom. Outride’s Riding for Focus program is designed to integrate cycling into the school day. Developed as a result of our research findings, R4F is designed to help young riders build confidence and skills on the bike. Eligible schools may receive a grant to establish a program, which includes a fleet of bikes and curriculum. Deadline: Apr. 17, 2026

The COMMUNITY IMPACT GRANT supports a wide range of cycling initiatives focused on youth or older adults, from rider education programs, racing and development teams, skills camps, and more through unrestricted funds ($5,000 – $15,000).
