THIS GRANT’S FOCUS: Girls’ Development, LGBTQ Youth, Art/Culture, Education, Youth Sports, Minnesota
Deadline: Apr. 1, 2025
“Ann Bancroft Foundation (ABF) grants are awarded to Minnesota girls each year to inspire and encourage them to imagine something bigger. ABF continues to support these girls on their journey to discovering themselves, unlocking their confidence and self-esteem, and embracing and pursuing their dreams. These grants help give girls the tools they need to find success throughout their lifetime.
Grants are available to Minnesota residents in grades K-12 who identify as girls. We center our work on supporting girl-identifying youth, including cisgender girls, transgender girls, nonbinary youth, and those whose experiences align with our mission of fostering confidence, leadership, and opportunity to close gender equity gaps. By prioritizing the needs of girl-identifying youth, we aim to create a space where all young people who identify with girlhood or its experiences can feel supported and celebrated. Grants are available to fund art, cultural, leadership, educational, outdoors/wilderness experiences, sport, athletic, dance equipment, or participation fees.
