“This program will support the efforts of states, communities, tribal jurisdictions, nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education to implement programs and strategies that identify, respond to, treat, and support children, youth, and families impacted by the opioid epidemic to ensure public safety.”

Eligibility: Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, city or township governments, county governments, for profit organizations, independent school districts, Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized), Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments), private institutions of higher education, public and state controlled institutions of higher education, public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities, small businesses, special district governments, state governments, other.
