Nobody in consideration wants to talk about it. Nobody who supports someone for one of the jobs wants to be quoted. Such is life when you’re trying to figure out who is going to fill youth-related positions in the Obama administration.
It’s hard to blame anyone. Discussing one’s candidacy is bad etiquette, apparently, and publicly endorsing someone brings the risk of having to face someone else who gets the nod.
But these are crucial appointments in crucial times for the youth field. Here Youth Today does its best to find the candidates for several high level positions, and to explain who they are.
