Cycle of Failure, Tapeworm in the System

Cycle of Failure honed in on what NCCPR saw as a “war on grandparents” that was spurred by the Children’s Rights lawsuit. Tapeworm in the System focuses on what the organization believes is an overreliance on institutional placement on the part of Michigan’s Department of Human Services.
