Aaron Dworkin

Aaron Dworkin is committed to serving and supporting at-risk youth during out-of-school time hours. As Executive Vice-President for the ASAS National Network based in our East Coast National office in Washington D.C., Aaron works to ensure program quality, collaboration and fiscal sustainability amongst the 13 ASAS chapters across the US. He also oversees the ASAS national program department which provides all chapters with curriculum, staff training, partnership building and evaluation support. He is currently overseeing the implementation of the four ASAS national program initiatives: Middle to High School Transition, Service Learning, Career Exploration and Sports-based Youth Development. Previously, Aaron founded and directed Hoops & Leaders, a leadership training and mentoring program for low income youth in New York City. Aaron has also worked as Director of Strategic Development for the non-profit Coro New York Leadership Center and in the private sector as a public finance analyst for Moody’s Investors Service. Dworkin is a graduate of Tufts University, a former Coro Fellow in Public Affairs and holds a Masters Degrees in Education and Public Administration from Harvard University and Columbia University. He currently lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Lauren and son, Myles.
