The slogan for this website, home to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s “Choose Respect” initiative, is “Respect. Get it. Give it.” The initiative is designed to help teens form healthy relationships and make wise decisions that will prevent dating violence. This website provides resources that include fact sheets on the increasing prevalence of dating violence, the impacts of abuse and what to do if you or a friend becomes a victim. It also features a free 60-minute tutorial for adults on how to educate and assist youth who may be at risk for dating abuse.
