Flores: Goodbye, or Good Riddance?


J. Robert Flores, the controversial administrator of the U.S. Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), sent out a farewell letter last month that listed the accomplishments of the agency under his leadership.
