Schools Endeavor to Fight Against Bullying

Despite at least five years of efforts by schools across the nation to educate youths about the negative consequences of bullying, parents, teachers and students agree that teasing, beatings and harassment persist due to numerous factors, including technology that allows cyber-bullies to remain anonymous.
